Took the dogs to the water hole today. It was later afternoon and it had been a hot day so I thought let’s take the kids swimming and let them cool off. We loaded the truck with dogs and boy’s and off we went. Take advantage of in the heat of summer by introducing your dog to water. Typically if you take a group of dogs when one goes in it will encourage the others to follow. I didn’t get in the water today but if you can find a spot where where the water isn’t to deep and you can wade into the water until it’s up to your knees or so this will also encourage your dog to get in. Needless to say we had a great time. Smelled like wet dog and cooled everybody off. Here are some pics of my Brittany she is a great retriever and loves the water.
