This year was fantastic! We had a blast seeing good bird numbers, good dog work, and great friends to share the shooting with. Hunting Pheasants in South Dakota is like no other pheasant hunt I have been on. Here are some photos of the days hunts. Some days we did better at shooting than others. If I had my choice I would pick hunting South Dakota with pointing dogs over any other upland or big game hunt! The experience is exciting and rewarding! The sound of a rooster as it explodes from the grass is as heart stopping as any hunting experience.
