Here in Utah you never know what type of weather you are going to wake up to. When taking the puppies for their early morning walk we had a little snow action. The puppies loved it and enjoyed chasing a few birds in the snow before it melted in the later afternoon. Watching young dogs work some of there first birds is always so much fun. It really gives you an insight to their personality, letting you know where to start training, and getting an idea of how much prey drive the pup may have. Our puppies always have a great desire to retrieve. It’s fun to watch them pick up these birds and bring them back, prancing around all proud as can be.
