Pheasant hunting

Had a great day guiding a pheasant hunt today. No matter how many times I go pheasant hunting the sound of a rooster taking flight always takes my breath away. The beat of there wings against the cool fall air gets my blood pumping. Getting to hunt these birds with fine pointing dogs makes the experience that much better. Get out and enjoy it while you can the season will be gone before you know it.
