My Brother Jacob came and helped me train the dogs today. There is nothing like having good help when training young dogs it makes things go so smoothly. When you can find somebody that will come and help you train your dog on there day off of work you know you have a friend for life. Jacob helped me plant birds, film dogs, shoot the blank gun, and just make things go smooth. You get a lot accomplished in a shorter time when you have somebody there to help you when training bird dogs. In fact it is very difficult to introduce puppies to all these new things birds, guns, checkcord, e-collar without getting some help. With a helper you can make sure you timing is on when you are shooting the cap gun for example or releasing a bird just as the puppy is about to break point and try to catch the pigeon. Thanks for your help today Jacob it was a great day of training.
